Three-storey large villa , fully commissioned in 2001. At the moment it requires a major overhaul.

The house consists of a common space in the central part and two residential wings to the right and left of the central part.

Common space: the central entrance to a circular foyer two stories high, a billiard room on the third floor under the dome.

Each residential wing of the house (there are two of them - right and left) consists of:

first floor: large hall, staircase connecting three floors, san. node with a toilet and a sink, an office overlooking the inner garden, a common living room, a private living room, a kitchen combined with a dining room, in one wing there is an additional room for staff with a dignity. knot and sink;

second floor: five bedrooms, five bathrooms. nodes with a toilet, sink and shower cabins, combined with dressing rooms, a large bedroom with a bathroom, a jacuzzi and a dressing room, all bedrooms have access to a common balcony;

third floor: cinema, spiral staircase leading to the observation deck at the base of the dome, in one wing there is additionally a small sports hall.

General floor description of the house and the surrounding area:

first floor - the central entrance to the house, a round hall with a height of two floors, opposite the central entrance there is an exit to the veranda with a pool, guest toilets on each side, two common living rooms and in each residential wing a living room combined with a dining room and kitchen, an office, from the first to the third floors of each wing are connected by stairs,

second floor - bedrooms with 6 bathrooms in each wing, each bedroom has access to a large balcony (two bedrooms open onto one balcony),

the third floor - in the center of the house under the dome - billiards, in each residential wing - a cinema (in one wing there is an additional gym), in each wing a spiral staircase, each leading from its residential wing to its observation deck at the base of the dome.

On the territory of the villa: a large inner garden, an area in front of the house with access roads and a garden, a garage for 4 cars, a tennis court, a large terrace with a swimming pool, a gazebo, a fountain, a shooting gallery in the basement in the garden with noise insulation, a helipad.

Utilities: paved roads and sidewalks, own power plant for 250 kW, own water supply system - a well with a pump 12 meters deep and a storage tank 10m3, own water purification system.

Adjacent territory and concept of the project: an exclusive mansion and adjacent territory for private use in the tourist area of the Bayahibe resort for living or creating a tourist facility - a boutique hotel for example. Currently, the villa is not inhabited, it is guarded 24 hours a day. Large hotels and a rapidly developing tourist area are located nearby, the number of hotels is increasing, small hostels, villas and private houses are being built.
